         What about a full power week that brings together acroyoga and fun workshops stimulating the child inside you?  The Acroyables  (2 French acroaddicted teachers and their team) are inviting you for this 2nd edition for even more acroyoga, fun so that you can come up with more creativity in your daily life! 

 We have got a full week to recharge your batteries, take care of yourselves and share knowledge in the energy of a small group. Discover or deepen your practice of acroyoga, a perfect mix between spirit and body, developing dynamic games leading to acrobatic skills, surrounded by body expression and Thai massage. It also opens up your soul to new thinking mechanisms by discovering new practices and activities. Take advantage of this week of full immersion in France to practice this old rusty language you might have heard in school, a few times

✿Program:

➤ Over 20 hours of acroyoga workshops by the Acroyable team + over 8 hours by our special invited teachers during the week end : solar to challenge yourselves and lunar to let go (personalized courses adapted to each level). Depending on the group’s energy it could be more!

➤ Yoga every morning

➤ Guided massages

➤ Many fun workshops encouraging the transition to a healthier and alternative life 

➤ Circus workshops to learn how to juggle different props and/or aerial / slackline 

➤ Healthy, original, and inspiring vegetarian meals to discover a cuisine rich in colours and flavors

➤ A weekend to meet other acro yogis and new teachers to put into practice what you learned the whole week

➤ Collaborative and community life for a week with an opening o develop your creativity and share your own specialty

➤ 8h30 – 9h30 Yoga and inversions

➤ 9h30: Breakfast

➤ 10h30 – 12h30 Acroyoga

➤ 12h45: Lunch

➤ 15h – 18h Acroyoga & creation

➤ 20h00: Dinner

➤ 21h30 – 22h30 Collaborative workshops

 ✿The place

       In the Auvergne region. This volcanic area is in the center of France. We welcome you in an old renovated farmhouse transformed into an all comfort cottage, with unusual and bucolic rooms, with a huge living room where the height under the ceiling can become a source of inspiration and creativity (why not standing acro?). The guesthouse, surrounded by large green spaces, is filled with well-being surprises, a swimming pool, and a sauna.

Early-bird Before May 1st: 420€ / person in a dorm or 470 / person in a private double room

All included: 

☼ 3 full vegetarian meals with mostly organic local food (+unlimited fruit, tee, and coffee) 

☼ Yoga and acroyoga personalized class’

☼ Fun workshops with whatever needed

☼ Swimming pool and sauna access

After May 1st: 470 € in dorms and 520 € in a double room

 ➤ Cancellation policy

Until Mai 25th, you can cancel and will be reimbursed 50 euros off your deposit

After Mai 25th, we would keep the deposit.

If the event cannot happen for huge Covid restrictions we would cancel and you would get back the whole deposit.

✿Who are you with?

A group of 14 people from different parts of the world (all levels) will be sharing the workshops and the community life. To take care of you, a caring and creative, and diverse team*; certified teachers who are happy to pass on their knowledge and awareness by sharing their life and travel experiences, adapting to each others’ levels to make you spend the stay that will renew you and make you go beyond your own known limits.
