The venue offers 1 large space suited for standing acro\, longes and aerial silks and a smaller training space suited for L basing\, yoga and massage. Outdoors there is a jacuzzi and a sauna fitted into a caravan. The outdoor pool is available for those who wish to start their day in a fluid manner. \nFor whom\nAll lovers of body movement that are inquisitive and open to explore new ways of thinking and moving. Who are motivated to help out and to lend a hand\, and who understand the benefit one receives when giving. \nLevels / prerequisites\nAll will be aimed at beginners upto intermediate and advanced Acrobats and Acro yogi’s. Depending on those who participate\, the level has become quite impressive in the previous editions\, but has always been inclusive to everyone. \nSleeping\nYou can sleep indoor or outdoor. We have several indoor rooms and a caravan and a camper with 2 to 4 matrasses in each room with prepared beds for a surcharge. Of course you are allowed to bring your own tent\, caravan or camper and stay without the surcharge. \nFood\nThe catering service delivers an amazing vegetarian lunch and dinner and does everything they can to take your allergies and wishes into account. The retreat will include 5 acro classes\, acro jams\, an early morning walk along rice paddies\, a half-day waterfall trip (or an extra acro class — depending on the weather)\, yoga sessions\, community building activities\, an acroyoga photoshoot\, delicious food 3x a day and free time to enjoy the sunshine by the pool or in the garden! \nOur acro classes are mainly focused on creative L-basing flows. Whether you’re a total beginner or already an experienced acroyogi\, we will have something to challenge you as well as help you refine your already existing skills. During our classes\, we will provide you with plenty of personalized tips to fit your unique body and abilities.  \nYou are welcome to join the retreat with OR without an acro partner! We are Double Up\, also known as Flo and Lloydie\, and we are an acroyoga teacher duo. We fell in love with acro in London 4 years ago through developing a consistent practice together. Just a couple months into our acro journey we already knew we wanted to teach it together one day. Two years later\, to pursue our dream we left everything behind\, including Lloydie quitting his 18-year-long career at the London Fire Brigade. We came to Bali\, where we now teach multiple weekly acro classes for various levels\, as well as workshops at retreats and teacher trainings. We are both qualified yoga teachers\, as well as Lloydie having completed a specialized acroyoga teacher training\, too. \nIn our classes we like to pay attention to technique down to the smallest details\, all the while never forgetting to have fun in the process! We believe in meeting everyone at their skill level and helping them grow in their practice in a slow-paced\, organic\, progressive way. \n \n  \n  \nAccommodation \nNestled in the picturesque Tabanan regency of Bali right by Mount Watukaru\, surrounded by vibrant green rice paddies and lush vegetation\, Sava Eco Retreat is a haven of peace and tranquility. The venue offers two room types: Garden Suite and Deluxe Suite.  \nThe newly built Garden Suites are clean\, convenient rooms built from teakwood\, with windows facing the garden. \nThe Deluxe Suites are not only spacious and comfortable\, but they also have private verandas attached to them overlooking the rice fields.  \nBoth room types include an en-suite bathroom\, AC\, WiFi and smart TV. SUMMARY:Partner Acrobatics Intensive & Advanced Training
DESCRIPTION:A 9-day long training with Partner Acrobatics with lots of options to train at your level. \n\n\nOur Intensive and Advanced Training is unique because our students get to create their own personal acrobatics adventure. Classes for both the Intensive and Advanced Intensive will run simultaneously.  Higher level offerings will have separate pre-requisites that will need to be met in order to participate in the class. \nCome dial in your current challenges\, learn the tricks you covet\, and do it all in a supportive community full of lightness\, laughter\, and general shenanigans. \nNo partner necessary\, however if you expect to be training with someone of a particular level we recommend you bring that partner. \nIn our Partner Acrobatics programs we cover many different acrobatic disciplines: standing acrobatics\, handstand training\, washing machines\, trio tricks\, Icarian games\, whips and whippops\, to name a few.\nThis physical intensity is balanced out with our therapeutic sessions\, which aim to heal and restore the body. \nThis program will give you the chance to refine your Acro skills and to have loads of fun. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLocation\n \nCortijo Caseria Del Mercado is a small organic farm high in the Alpujarras mountains of Andalucia\, southern Spain. \nIn addition to the huge array of fruit and vegetables grown on site the farm has goats\, horses and a peacock breeding sanctuary and the farm produces its own organic olive oil. \nNot only is the cortijo a working farm it has been adapted as a retreat centre with traditional Spanish accommodation\, a natural mineral water swimming pool and a yoga shala. \nThe local area is fantastic hiking country with spectacular mountain views and isolated “White villages” (paint). \nMore info on the venue can be found here. \n\nFood\n3 mostly vegetarian meals daily are included in the training fee. Organic and local when possible. \nThere is a large communal kitchen and 3 smaller kitchens where students can prepare their own snacks etc. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are available from the farm and they are amazing! \n\nAccommodation\nThe accommodation is included as part of the course price. \nThe venues farm buildings offer various basic but comfortable accommodations with a communal and family feel . \nShared accommodation is included in the course fee\, numbers permitting.
