The Norra Lagnö acrobatic convention at “Antistilla AB”!
When: 2013 November 2 to 3.

About the convention:
We train Gymnastics & Acrobatics in an elite gymnastics hall on “Norra Lagnö”. The hall is previously owned by the YMCA gymnsatics. The hall has an open jump pit, rings, mini-trampolin, Air -Floor and a volt-floor. The convention is held two timesa year and is a very appreciated.
The convention is organized outside SSIF (Swedish student association of sports) which means that all training isat your own risk! You will have 4 hours of instructor held training on theSunday and on Saturday it is free training. Read more under Schedule.

FOOD: You will need to bring your own food to the convention. You’ll need: Lunch & dinner on Saturday and a lunch on Sunday. A simpler breakfast on Sunday is included in the price! The easiest way is to form food-teams with other participants and cook the food together. We borrow the school’s kitchen for cooking, fridge is available.

On the convention it is strictly forbidden to bring nuts of any kind!

Sauna: Is available in the men’s
dressing room were off course the ladies are welcome. In the sauna there is no specific dressing rules.
NOTE! Sauna are enjoyed best with cooling drinks, such as beer or cider, which in this case must be brought.

Sleeping-arrangements: Bring your sleeping bag, alternative your own pillow, sheets and blanket. Mattresses are in place to sleep on.
Travel: See www.sl.sebus stop is called ”Norra Lagnö”. The Address is Toivovägen 8, Gustavsberg.

Price & Payment: 500SEK in matter how long you choose to practice.
Registration is done via payment.
Payment shall be at named account by October the 2. People outside Sweden can pay on location.
HOWEVER REGERSTRATION BY MAIL MUST BE DONE BEFORE!

Cancellation policy: We, the organizers need to pay the bill to Antistilla AB in advance about one month before the convention so we cannot refund the money when transferd. However, it is usually easy to transfer yourticket to someone else that want to go on the convention. Maximum number of participants is 30 people.
