SUMMARY:Swiss AcroYoga Retreat - Mountain Moves
DESCRIPTION:Mountain Moves – Swiss AcroYoga Retreat\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us for a fantastic weekend at Urnäsch\, Appenzell (CH). We will be spending 4 days exploring the power of AcroYoga\, Yoga and Thai Massage. \nDuring this weekend we will offer 11 workshops\, giving you the opportunity to step up your AcroYoga game. Running two levels (beginner & intermediate) simultaneously will give you the freedom to choose whether you want to take it easy or challenge yourself while expanding your AcroYoga horizon. Our teachers team is here to create a safe environment where playful and sustainable learning can flourish. \n \nDates & Location (2.-5. October 2025):\nWe are staying at a wonderful historic holiday home which is located at the foot of the Alpstein and is surrounded by a private forest and a big meadow. Overlooking green hills\, we will be training in a spacious training hall which is completely covered with tatami mats. In addition to the training facilities and nature\, the house offers a chill-out room with table tennis\, mini-foot and other games. For the whole retreat we will have the house to ourselves. \n \nHow to get there:\nPublic transport: The shortest route is via Gossau to Urnäsch and then take the bus 791 to Rossfall. Please use www.sbb.ch to check your connections. Car: From Zurich it takes a little more than 1hr. From Berne it takes about 2.5hrs if you go via Zurich/Winterthur/St.Gallen. Please consider carpooling with other participants.
