At the core of our programs lies the commitment to sustainability. Because we want to be able to practice continuously\, our Prehab program integrates proper alignment and sports science principles to enhance performance and minimize the risk of pain and injuries. \nPartner Acrobatics creates a secure and encouraging community for those embarking on their journey to become effective and inspiring acrobatics teachers. For this reason\, our Foundational teacher training focuses on mastering partner acrobatics techniques\, including alignment\, biomechanics\, and injury prevention. \nThrough our teaching methodology\, we deconstruct progressions and employ a sports science approach. We encourage and support you to develop your unique teaching style\, influenced by the latest principles of neuroscience and motor learning\, coupled with our extensive teaching experience.
