For all the posh birdies and stable bases this year Bart, the acrobatic guru, is giving an advanced acro workshop. It will be hard, hot and steamy packaged with tons of fun. In the morning we will work on technique and fun new washing machines with optional H2H’s and H2F for those who are ready for it in the afternoon.
To get in on this amazing 10 hour workshop start preparing with the prerequisites:
20 seconds L seat on a lying base
20 seconds freeshoulderstand on feet (free star)

7.5. Saturday & 8.5. Sunday 9am-11:30am / lunch break / 12:30pm-15pm

(Please note that the person whose registration and deposit I receive is the one coming to the workshop. The workshop is not dividable on two persons with one payment.)
